In the notes section of your cart please add the you would like on it, and what color you would like. Please ensure that the spelling of the name you choose is correct, as I copy and paste directly from the notes.

• Keep out of mouth 
• Do not drop 
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless solely initiated by myself.

Once your package leaves my possession I cannot be held responsible for how long shopping takes, not receiving the package, or being delivered to the wrong address.  It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided.

Please understand that you are purchasing a handcrafted item and while I pour my soul into the item, a minor flaw may occur.

When you receive your package, if there is any damage, you are required to contact me within a 24 hour period with pictures of the damage and the packing it came in to my email customerservice@lizascraftyworld.com. In the subject line include your order number.
