Freshie Care:

• Hang freshie immediately 
• Scent/Color may stain surfaces 
• Extreme temperatures may cause melting 
• Keep away from children and pets
• Do not consume. Toxic. 

Estimated time for scent up to 4 weeks  If you cannot smell the freshie before that time, try placing back in the bag for a couple days. You may have become nose blind to it.

During the cold months: Your freshie’s scent is heat activated. During the winter, if the smell is faint, try turning your heat up a bit. 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless solely initiated by myself.

Once your package leaves my possession I cannot be held responsible for how long shopping takes, not receiving the package, or being delivered to the wrong address.  It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided.

Please understand that you are purchasing a handcrafted item and while I pour my soul into the item, a minor flaw may occur.

When you receive your package, if there is any damage, you are required to contact me within a 24 hour period with pictures of the damage and the packing it came in to my email customerservice@lizascraftyworld.com. In the subject line include your order number.
